TRUMPF Flux Job Creation has an easy order entry with import or manual creation options that support several features like min – max quantity nesting, priorities, rotation, grain control, grouping and common line.
Directly import Excel / CSV files, with configurable field mapping.
Select and parts from within the TRUMPF Flux enviroment and create new production jobs.
Min Max feature allows you to specify a minimum number of parts to nest with the automatic option to place more if space on the sheet exists.
Nest Settings give you a wide range of options to optimally place parts of the sheet with additional controls for handling any sheet remnant.
Order Grouping feature will all prioritisation during nesting to try and keep the order groups together.
Twin Line for nesting will try to reduce cutting by finding suitable edges that can be shared.
