Preset: Fudge Factors

Sometimes, there are small inaccuracies in the sizes of holes, slots, notches etc. In such cases, you can set up fudge factors that allow MetaCAM to use the tool even if it does not match the geometry exactly in size. This page is used to set up fudge factors separately for different types of shapes.
The Positive fudge factors are used when the tool is bigger than the hole, while the negative fudge factors are used when the tool is smaller than the hole. In both cases, you should enter only zero or positive values into the fudge factor input boxes.
