TRUMPF PRAXIS is a true next generation smart modular product to allow manufacturers to improve the programming process by bringing together a selection of modules into a management system which gives new levels of automation and integration along with utilizing our new 2nd generation modules for even more efficiency.

The software is designed to optimse the manufacturing process by starting with our Rapid, Multi-format CAD Import and then creating a Bend solution to generate an accurate flat pattern, once this is complete then the flat patterns are tooled using our NEW cutting module ready for nesting where you can import production orders or create them manually. Scheduling the nests uses our latest generation of nesting algorithm designed to give high yield nests in a fast-nesting time along with NC code and setup information for the operators.

The whole process is controlled via a very user friendly and intuitive interface, which stores all your files in a database making it easier to find parts later and also incorporates all stage error checking to alert the programmer to any potential problems before the parts are down streamed in the process.
