• Laser Tooling: TRUMPF PRAXIS will apply automated laser tooling strategies with intelligent hazard avoidance whilst automatically selecting efficient lead-ins, cut paths, and fly-cutting sequences, helping to generate parts that ‘just work.

• Production Job Creation: Simplify and streamline job creation by generating production-ready jobs directly from imported CAD files or you can import production jobs directly. Production job supports features like customer assignment, priorities and part rotation.

• Nesting: TRUMPF PRAXIS has a self-contained, high performance nesting engine designed to give high yield nests in a fast result time, nested sheets can further optimize the tooled parts for hazard avoidance to generate nests that are fit for production. In addition, nesting can also dynamically add cuts to save remnant sheets and provide marking options for them.

• Highly Visual and Immersive Interface: Overall TRUMPF PRAXIS software features an intuitive environment, where at each stage it provides clear visual information and immersive edit capabilities helping programmers or engineers to interactively review, simulate, and validate the production process whilst generating NC code for the machine controllers.
