Clicking on Database Machines will display a list of installed or available machines, where you can click on an available machine and click on the install button which will then make it active for use.
Clicking on an installed machine will give you some additional options based on the machine type and any features.
Nickname
This is available for both cutting and bending machines which will allow you to create an alternate name for your machine.

Tool Map
Tool Map will bring up a dialog that will allow you to create alternate names for tools, which is typically used if a tool on a controller has been assigned a different name.
For example if you enter TP12345 = Tool 1 then the code generation will rename any instance of TP12345 to Tool 1 in the NC Code.
Material Map
Material Map works on the same principle as tool mapping where you can create and alternate material name.
For example if you enter Steel = CR4 then the code generation will rename any instance of Steel to CR4 in the NC Code.
In both cases for Tool and Material Mapping you can press ok to save the settings, cancel to close the dialog and reset will remove all the settings you enter.
Remove
Clicking on the remove button will uninstall the machine you have selected.
New Instance
Clicking this button will create a clone of the machine you have selected, where you can also assign or change options for the machine and name.
