Inside the Application Settings / Bend CAM page, you will find a switch called Retain input GEO orientation for pickup underneath the Robotic Bending section. By default, this switch is off.
With this switch off, the pickup part orientation is optimized so we can go to the first bend without any regrip operations. This means the operator will sometimes end up having to flip the input parts on the pallet to position them correctly.
If you turn on this switch and process the part again, you end up with the pickup happening in the same orientation as the GEO file native orientation (white side up).
