TRUMPF Flux nesting system generates process optimised layouts minimising overall production costs and with near total elimination of rejections. Sophisticated algorithms compute probability of tipping of cut parts and automatically manages routes to avoid collision all of which are produced in a rapid time.

Part analysis for best placement is designed to produce high yield sheets with optimal settings to prevent production mishaps.

Optimal route sequencing to prevent issues around the sheet or part features whilst finding a minimised route for speed.

Tilt analysis will consider part placement against slat positions and has the ability to dynamically add microjoins to the part for more stability.
