Back-gauge Settings

BG Z-Slack & FG Z-Slack – The default is set to 0.2. The last set value is remembered by Fold after the closing/relaunching of the program.
FG Preferred Strategy – By default, this is set to Notch for all machines (to keep the same default behaviour as earlier builds of Fold). Still, for any machines configured for Center Cell usage, you must change the machine default to Corner.
