Standalone Troubleshooting Steps
Error | Resolution |
Registration failed. Error code 104 | Ensure the PC is connected to the internet and port 7567 is open, then try again. Contact your IT administrator if you’re unsure if the port is open. If port 7567 will not open, navigate a file browser to C:\ProgramData\Metamation\Flux\System and find a file called Flux.request. Email this file to [email protected] to request offline activation. Please note: the serial number will need to be mentioned in the email. |
Serial Number Already Used | This indicates that the serial number was already activated on another PC. Please release the licence from the old PC before activating the new one. |
Incorrect Product Type | This error indicates the serial being activated is for a different product package. Contact [email protected] for more help. Please have the serial number to hand for reference. |
Incorrect User Details | Check the registered field has the company name and remove any special characters from the name. Check the email field is correctly formatted with a “name” “@” and “domain” as well as a .com, .net, etc. |
