Preset: Final Punch
Use this page to set up the final punch tool and the location of the final punch. 
Special final punch: Turn on this option and then select the tool you want to be used for the final punch from the tools listed in the list.
Location: Choose the location of the final punch by clicking on one of the small boxes provided at each corner.
Don’t use for segments less than: MetaCAM does not place final punches for the segments that are less than the value provided here.
If this page is set up, then MetaCAM will try to use this final punch during auto-tooling. MetaCAM will not use the final punch when
- the tool is not mounted in the turret anymore.
- the tool is mounted at an incorrect mounting angle, and not in an indexing station.
- there is no outer polyline, or there are multiple outer polylines for the part.
- there is no straight-line segment of acceptable length for the part.
When the auto-tooler places a hit with this special tool, then that punch hit will be automatically marked as a Final Punch (like marking it using the Mark Special Tooling command).
